Responsibilities and Tasks

Your main tasks will be as follows: 

• Read and interpret dentists’ prescriptions
• Design and manufacture prostheses/fixed appliances
• Make casts, assemblies, and finishes for fixed and implant-supported prostheses
• Repair and adjust existing devices

The person chosen must meet standards of aesthetics, quality, and precision, as well as standards relating to hygiene and safety.

Requirements and Prerequisites

• College diploma (DEC) required
• Diploma in Dental Prosthetics and Appliance Technology required
• Minimum 5 years of experience required
• Member of the OTPADQ required
• Fluency in French
• Fluency in English desired

Salary Offered

Starting at $60,000 to $80,000/year, depending on experience

Responsibilities and Tasks

Your main tasks will be as follows: 

• Welcoming people who come to the laboratory
• Handling phone calls
• Managing the daily schedule of incoming and outgoing cases
• Preparing work orders and documentation for incoming cases (prescriptions, photos, etc.)
• Billing incoming cases and managing shipping
• Managing inventory and orders
• Working with the team of technologists to ensure the smooth running of daily operations

Requirements and Prerequisites

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration
• Experience in the dental field (an asset)
• Fluently bilingual (French & English)
